seemed to be a great place to holiday with children

room was not that comfortable compared to other mid priced accomodation

Falimy environment, great ntural atmosphere, and options of activities, and accommodation.

I am a vegan and found the food options for both breakfast, lunch and dinner quite limited. The staff, however, tried their best to accommodate me but there was very litle to offer.

It could be cleaner, spider web's all over and in room 31 in the hall the light fixture above the door, is full of bugs about 1 in deep. The carpet in room 35 needs cleaning. Door needs wipe down, dirty hand prints all over. In your main dining room, in all corners Spider webs, over top og fireplace big spider web. Sorry about the complains But you ask, and I tell it as I see it.

Nice place to stay if your wanting peace and quiet. The pool and hot tub were good after a long day of riding. The room was clean but it needs some updating.

We fprgot to mention that in the corner of our balcony the boards were rotten, we placed 3 leather & chrome chairs there so no would walk there. The stay was Great ThanX Anna

The staff were very professional and friendly, the location is beautiful, the food was very good. We had a very comfortable room, the facilities were clean and pleasant. Overall a very relaxing atmosphere and we plan on going back again next year or perhaps sooner.

There was a lot of ice in the parlking area, we were quite concerned about falling and wondered why they did not put sand or a de-icer down to address this issue.

As a family with 3 children, we found the Hills to be very family friendly. We swam everyday in the pool, the kids learned how to ski for the first time with their excellant ski instructor and we even went on a horse drawn sleigh ride to the Hills teepee for hot chocolate and a sing a long. Everyone, mom and dad included, have a wonderful long weekend. A special thanks to Roger, Chris and the other staff at the ski shop!

Fabulous scenery, great x-country ski trails, pool, sauna, whirlpool

I think the chalets need updating and refurbishing, especially kitchen/cooking supplies.

The cross-country ski trails were great and well-maintained. Loved being able to ski right from our door. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

The table and chairs in our chalet were old and falling apart and it's beginning to look a bit shabby. The one hot tub was too cool and the other was too hot to sit in - unfortunate after a long day of skiing.

Could use some update in carpet and paint choices

We love the outdoors and that was beautiful.

I'm not sure what you want to hear as you stated I cant use this for complaints but yet you want to know what we didnt like ? I'm sorry but we were extremely disappointed ! Our room was extrememly outdated and run down not to mention dirty. The carpet was covered in stains the bathroom sink was totally rusted out, and the bathtub taps were so stripped that I actually burnt myself on hot water when trying to adjust it. The bed sagged on the sides and was the most uncomfortable sleep we have ever had in a hotel. The one restaraunt was so full with only one waitress on and we couldn't even get a glass of water to go with our meal and paid a very high price for a skimpy meal. My husband has a disability and almost slipped on the outside carpet when leaving, it was so worn out and covered with ice. Speaking of ice, you have to walk all the way over to the lodge to get a small plastic bag of ice for a drink so drink up fast because it melts in the sink within 1/2 hour.
